Sport & Health Project
Currently this is in the form of 1-1 sessions in hostel gardens and local green space but has seen a whole new audience of over 55’s being introduced to physical activity. Those that prior didn’t want to join the group sessions have requested weekly 1-1 sessions. Sessions include, stretching, weights, body weights, seated aerobics.
