Achieving Potential Programme
Our Achieving Potential Programme provides all Single Homeless Project clients with a range of unique pathways into some form of Education, Training and Employment.
Last year, despite the pandemic, we supported nearly 300 people complete education or training courses, and over 75% of our clients entering a new job remained in work for the contract length or over six months.
We understand that most of our clients want to work in the future, but we know that you might need a little help and that’s where our team of Employment Coordinators come in. We assist with a mix of structured Group Workshops and personalised One to One Support.
For a lot of our clients, it may mean undertaking training or additional learning that would support your employability goals. The program empowers participants by providing them with the knowledge, skills and confidence.
