What this session offers:
Yoga: Chair-based yoga and relaxation techniques led by professional yoga instructor Kat. The option to do mat/floor based yoga as well.
Meet new people: Participants will have the opportunity to make new connections, exercise, and have fun!

10 am - 11 am
At a local community centre in north London (N16) - exact location will be provided on sign-up.
Who can participate:
This course is open to people over 55, both within SHP and other organisations. This age restriction is flexible if there are clients who are a bit younger than 55 (please enquire if you have clients that match this description). Places will be allocated on a first come first basis.
